Help us get our own church building so we can continue to make the name of the Lord great as well as continue to facilitate the youth by giving them a home off the streets, the elderly, the sick and the destitute
Worship is the art of losing oneself in the adoration of another. Praise can be a part of worship, but worship goes beyond praise. Praise is easy; worship is not. Worship gets to the heart of who we are. To truly worship God, we must let go of our self-worship. Worship is a lifestyle, not just an occasional activity.
Here at Elpis, our worship team seeks to lead people in worship and in the experience of the tangible presence of the Lord, by building a strong relationship with the Lord and the Church community; by committing to spiritual growth through discipleship and by offering their talents and abilities as a tool for drawing people closer to heart of God.
The head of the Worship Department is the first Lady of the House, Pastor Lydia Darteh, followed by the worship leader, Minister Charles Mudamburi, who has been serving the House faithfully for over fifteen years. Finally, we have our team of backers, who have devoted their bodies for the worship of the Lord and to help God’s people enter the presence of the Lord in selfless worship.
